Responsibilities of Solution Design & Assurance Executive

·       Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with customer needs.

·       Assist in defining projects and change requests, including analyzing customer needs and estimating effort for proposed changes.

·       Understand the existing client’s environment, identify the gaps between company’s solution and the customer’s setup, and propose viable solutions, options, or workarounds to address these gaps. Participate in implementing the proposed solutions.

·       Ensure all solutions meet or exceed required standards, maintain quality, and are delivered on time.

·       Collaborate closely with functional team, peers and business/ technical users on system requirement study and issues clarification

·       Work closely with the development team and project manager to ensure smooth execution and alignment with requirements.

·       Conduct technical feasibility studies and prepare effort estimates for proposed system solutions.

·       Develop test plan, strategies and detailed test condition/ cases.

·       Perform functional and integration testing to validate solution performance.

·       Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, interface file formats and user manuals to support system implementation and adoption.

·       Provide regular updates and progress reports to the appropriate stakeholders (Team Lead, Project Manager, or Head of Department) and promptly escalate any risks, issues, or potential delays.
