Job Responsibilities

• Design jigs and fixtures using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Work closely with fabrication, machining, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility
• Improve existing jigs/fixtures for better productivity and accuracy
• Create detailed technical drawings and BOM for production
• Support prototype and new product development projects
• Assist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably involving jig & fixture design or related tooling / manufacturing support work.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Good understanding of fabrication, CNC machining, and GD&T.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
