Position Title : Process Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Responsibilities

·       Day to day production support, ensure product work instructs are complied and small tools e.g. soldering iron, torque screws etc...are well maintained

·       Yield and quality improvement, Kaizen projects

·       Lead the New Product Introduction build and process improvement projects, work on new customers and products. Conduct DFx on new products

·       Provide production training, product briefing and cross training

·       Competent in Surface Mount Technology, Wave and Box Build Assembly

·       Knowledge on Process Flow, Control Plan & FMEA

·       Able to do feasible study and DOE based on customer requirements

·       Develop assembly processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for new products

Requirement

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ electronic) or equivalent.

·       Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing

·       Knowledge and good exposure in IS09001, ISO13485 will be an advantage

·       Good understand of production/manufacturing processes.

·       Good knowledge in equipment and or facility maintenance

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Good attitude and forward thinker.

·       Self motivated

·       Good people skills

·       Able to communicate well with peers
