Senior Solution Architect (Presales – Data & AI)

Klang Valley / Remote within Malaysia

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead enterprise technical engagements across data integration, analytics, and AI solutions.

This is a hands-on presales role, not implementation or support. The ideal candidate will act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, delivering compelling demonstrations, leading Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and guiding customers through technical evaluations.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to drive regional revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own and lead the technical presales cycle for enterprise customers

·         Deliver impactful presentations and customized solution demonstrations

·         Design, install, configure, and execute successful Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements

·         Act as trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders (technical & executive level)

·         Translate complex data challenges into scalable solution architectures

·         Support strategic business development initiatives across Malaysia & ASEAN

·         Engage with cross-functional internal teams to position solutions effectively

Requirements

•  Minimum 5 years of presales experience in Enterprise Software
  (Experience with vendors such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc. OR top consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)

• Must have acted as the main technical lead during sales engagements, including:

• Delivering solution demonstrations

• Leading Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements

• Engaging enterprise stakeholders
  (Implementation/support-only profiles will not be considered)

•   Strong expertise in Enterprise Analytics / BI / AI solutions
  (Not software development or cybersecurity-focused roles)

•   Strong working knowledge of Data Integration technologies, including:

• CDC (Change Data Capture)

• ETL

• Data Quality / Data Governance

• iPaaS / API Integration

• Exposure to Cloud & Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)

•  Strong presentation and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple enterprise opportunities

• Willing to travel approximately 20% when required
