This is a full-time office-based role- Senior Executive, Office Administration cum PA job opportunity, our client is a leading provider of business solutions, located in Klang, Selangor. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for administrative and organizational support to the management team, as well as overseeing the efficient running of the office.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence
Overseeing office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the workplace, including managing office supplies, and coordinating facilities
Assisting with the organization of company events, conferences, and other activities
Provide full PA support to senior management, including calendar management and scheduling.
Review documents, proposals, and reports, and prepare concise summaries for review by the Head of Business Division.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Providing support for projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience in using office equipment and technologies
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands |
