Salary package: BASIC + COMMISSION +FIXED ALLOWANCE (RM500)

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by promoting company brand products/HVAC engineering solutions to key business partners across various industries.

Build lasting partnerships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all HVAC needs while expanding account opportunities.

Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing industry developments and competitor activities to develop winning sales strategies.

Deliver product consultation to help customers find the perfect HVAC solutions for their specific requirements. Provide technical support when needed.

Manage your sales territory independently while maintaining strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:

Candidate ideally possess Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or relevant field

Experience in sales, retail, B2B, or marketing will be an added advantage

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills

Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Willing to travel across Southern region (Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan)
