Location: Taman Johor Jaya, JB

Working hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm

Salary package: BASIC + COMMISSION +FIXED ALLOWANCE (RM500)

*Cover for southern region: Johor, Melaka, N.Sembilan


Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by promoting company brand products/HVAC engineering solutions to key business partners across various industries.

  • Build lasting partnerships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all HVAC needs while expanding account opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing industry developments and competitor activities to develop winning sales strategies.

  • Deliver product consultation to help customers find the perfect HVAC solutions for their specific requirements. Provide technical support when needed.

  • Manage your sales territory independently while maintaining strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate ideally possess Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or relevant field

  • Experience in sales, retail, B2B, or marketing will be an added advantage

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Willing to travel across Southern region (Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan)
