Location: Senai, Johor.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive from the paint or building materials industry to drive primary and secondary sales and expand market share within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, value, and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product support and complaint resolution.
• Ensure timely collections and control outstanding receivables.
• Assist the Sales Manager as and when needed.
• Service and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (any discipline; technical background preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years in the paint industry.
• Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Requirements: Valid driving license and own transport.
