| 1) Job Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS):
-
Establish, implement, and maintain an effective QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards to support business growth.

Coordinate and manage all audits, including internal, external, supplier, and customer site audits.

Lead a team of internal auditors and provide ISO 9001:2015 training to company personnel.

Prepare quality documentation and reports, analyzing trends such as process failures, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Support the Management Representative in ensuring effective QMS implementation.
QA Operations & Leadership:
-
Manage daily QA operations, including laboratory planning, inspections, testing, and calibration activities.

Approve or reject incoming materials and finished goods based on inspection results.

Supervise team performance and provide training to new and existing Quality Department staff.

Ensure all administrative systems and procedures comply with company guidelines and policies.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; guide the team in CAPA preparation and root cause analysis.

Analyze quality issues from customers or production to implement containment and preventive measures.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality awareness throughout the organization.
Supplier & Material Quality:

Monitor supplier performance, conduct process audits, and verify corrective actions.

Evaluate new raw materials and support R&D in product validation.
2) Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, specializing in ISO certification, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001; exposure to ISO 45001 is an advantage. | |
