SME Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and territory research to identify key accounts and decision-makers

  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach

  • Work towards achieving KPI targets, with a strong focus on telesales performance and conversion rates

  • Effectively present the company’s value proposition and key differentiators

  • Demonstrate the CDNetworks platform to potential customers

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using Salesforce

  • Schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients, coordinating closely with the sales team

  • Participate in sales meetings, vendor trainings, industry meet-ups, and local trade shows to stay updated on market trends

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizens only

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in telesales or inside sales

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient, with the ability to overcome challenges
