Position Title : PSI Resident Engineer (Renewal Contract basis)

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Responsibilities

·       Organization of inspection activities and its plan in according with production schedule and shipment approval

·       Manage the PSI inspection room in cooperation with Manufacturer

·       Preparation and maintenance updated the PSI checklist/ data record/ PSI report format in according with procedure

·       Withdraw Finish Goods from Supplier on sampling basis and Principal roles

·       Conduct PSI inspection and test at supplier side with support of PSI inspector and Supplier Helper

·       Prepare the inspection report and share it with the Principal “supplier manufacturing manager” for approval and Supplier for Release the shipment or reject the batch.

·       Maintain Record of inspection and related PSI KPI results using specific tools

·       Overall support during PSI inspection and Principal team in analyzing, together with the supplier, any quality issue to identifying any corrective action to be taken and in all tasks aimed at building and ensuring the required quality level of Principal products

·       Supporting Principal standards at supplier side

Requirement

·       Fluent English (written/spoken)

·       Technical background

·       Knowledge of quality principles

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

·       Available to travel in case of necessity

·       Available to work at the Manufacture’s plant
