Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM5,000

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

a)      Manage warehouse staff, plan and assign work, train staff, conduct inventory counts, provide reports, summarize and plan work.

b)      Communicate and coordinate well with internal & external stakeholders efficiently.

c)       Maintaining records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.

d)      Able to handle emergencies & conduct daily 6S inspection, ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and keep clean and tidy, ensure warehouse safety.

e)      Manage the handling, storing, and shipping of goods, ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

f)        Control inventory, plan budget, organize inventory counts, sets and review annual goals

g)      Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

h)      Preform other functions and duties as and when assigned by company.

What We Want from You

a)      Diploma or equivalent; with minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operation, (at least 2 years in supervisory role)

b)      Possess basic financial knowledge

c)       Good communication and coordination skills.

d)      Able to be multitasking and work under tight deadline.

e)      Willing to undergo training in China up to 1 month
