Remuneration: salary up to RM15,000

Brand & Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to enhance Company Wellness’s presence across retail and digital channels.

Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product or service launches, including pricing, promotions, and campaign planning.

Collaborate with HQ, operations, regulatory, logistics, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.

Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with social media, KOL/KOC partnerships, PR, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Conduct consumer surveys, market research, and product sampling to inform new product development.

Oversee new product listings and maintain accuracy across platforms.

Monitor weekly sales and stock turnover, manage allocations, and initiate stock transfers as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals and maintain an up-to-date product master list.

Retail & Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives, including in-store branding, promotional campaigns, POSM materials, and product education.

Manage integrated campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu, tailored to scalp care and wellness audiences.

Oversee social media calendars, content creation, video production, scheduling, and performance analytics.

Track digital trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to improve engagement and campaign performance.

Build and nurture community growth through timely, personalized engagement with customers and followers.

Influencer & Campaign Management:

Lead KOL/KOC marketing initiatives, including sourcing, briefing, and managing partnerships to drive awareness and traffic to scalp care centers.

Collaborate with influencers, wellness creators, and local communities to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

Review and approve creative content, product copy, visuals, and in-store promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.

Insights & Performance Review:

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and scalp care innovations to identify differentiation opportunities.

Conduct sales and campaign analysis, tracking ROI across retail and digital channels.

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for optimization.

Evaluate social media performance, ad spend, and customer feedback to improve marketing outcomes.

Lead post-launch reviews to capture learnings and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in retail, beauty, or wellness marketing, ideally within scalp care, hair, or wellness industries.

Strong knowledge of social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) and content strategy.

Proven expertise in GTM planning, campaign analysis, and creative execution.

Excellent project management and leadership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.

Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is required as the role need to liaise with regional and HQ teams based in China.
