| Position Title: Client Services/Customer Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities
· You would be responsible for resolving queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients.
· Your additional responsibilities will include triaging billing issues and problems related to client access to our products.
· You are required to answer inbound calls and resolve/redirect them as per defined processes.
· We expect you to ensure that the request is being handled within the preset department SLA and closed after client confirmation.
Job Requirement
· Graduate/Postgraduate in any background.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong research skills are critical.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills required to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.
