Job description:

·       Lead the implementation and commissioning of new production processes.

·       Optimize existing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

·       Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and drive OEE improvements.

·       Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits and CAPA activities.

·       Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams

·       Maintain process documentation and provide training to production teams.

Job Requirement:

·       Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

·       5+ years of experience in process engineering within the food, chemical industry or petrochemical.

·       Strong understanding of process control, optimization and implementation

·       Experience with distillation or spray tower processes is an advantage

·       Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills

·       Skilled collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally

·       Proficient in ERP/MES/SCADA systems and data analysis (e.g. using AI & MS 365 package)

·       Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent
