| Key Responsibilities

Identify suitable solutions and present demos, proposals, and presentations to clients

Generate new leads through partners, social media, marketing events, and networking

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the client base

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

Work closely with the marketing team on targeted campaigns aligned with market needs

Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Maintain accurate sales records, deal insights, and orders in the ERP system

Provide regular sales updates and progress reports

Participate in training, workshops, and networking events
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (IT industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Willing to travel when required
