Account Manager/Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable solutions and present demos, proposals, and presentations to clients

  • Generate new leads through partners, social media, marketing events, and networking

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the client base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

  • Work closely with the marketing team on targeted campaigns aligned with market needs

  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for continuous improvement

  • Maintain accurate sales records, deal insights, and orders in the ERP system

  • Provide regular sales updates and progress reports

  • Participate in training, workshops, and networking events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (IT industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Willing to travel when required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience
