Responsibilities & Duties:

Advanced Process Development

• Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes for new products

• Evaluate and integrate automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions into production environments

Technology Assessment & Implementation

• Research emerging manufacturing technologies and assess feasibility for adoption

• Drive the implementation of advanced tools such as additive manufacturing, smart sensors, and digital twins

New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Collaborate closely with Design and R&D teams to ensure product manufacturability

• Develop process flows, tooling concepts, and equipment requirements for new product launches

Continuous Improvement

• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics for process optimization

Cost & Efficiency

• Conduct ROI analysis for new technologies, automation, and capital equipment

• Optimize resource utilization and reduce overall operational costs

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all advanced manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

• 3–7 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process engineering roles

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing systems

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, simulation software, and data analytics

• Solid project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Industry 4.0 principles
