RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Support the Customer Service Engineer at the Customer Production Line
Ensure customer line is supported at all times.
Support Customer Service Engineer to resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.
To feedback to Customer Service Engineer accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.
Support all change implementation
To support Customer Service Engineer for SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at
the customer end.
Follow up on Engineering Changes & Permits
Support Customer Service Engineer for assurance engineering changes & permits are implemented in
accordance to accepted procedures.
Monitor the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.
Support Customer Service Engineer in Monitor Quality System
Involve in all rework or reprocessing at the Customer plant
Control of non-conforming products.
Ensure that material respect is followed at all times.
Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new work instructions.
Problem Solving
Participate in problem solving teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in any Engineering discipline and minimum of two years’ experience in Manufacturing company
