Role Responsibilities

Macro-Economics & Market Trends

Analyze the country’s macroeconomic situation and create reports.

Study megatrends and industry trends by segment, then report findings.

Analyze industry competitors and trend changes.

Develop yearly marketing plans for each business segment, including:

Internal and external communication tools
-
Pricing strategies
-
Product launch and update roadmap
-
Events and marketing activities plan
-
Analyze industry pricing and suggest pricing frameworks.

Budget and Planning
-
Coordination with Stakeholders
-
Work closely with internal teams: Sales, Technical Support, Finance, Operations.

Coordinate with external parties: Customers, Event Organizers, Associations, Influencers.

EMS and OHSMS Responsibilities

Follow Legrand’s Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and systems.

Report any environmental or safety issues to the proper personnel.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

Experience in marketing and communications, including managing campaigns and digital marketing.

Team management experience is a plus. | |
