HR Coordinator

Job Role:

  • Monitor Staff Attendance.
  • Check on staff commission & expenses claim.
  • Conduct orientation for new join and involve in new hire process.
  • Take charge of salary / OT Calculation & assist in monthly report generation.
  • Handle all HR job tasks.
  • Assist HOD to Complete Any Ad-hoc Duties

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in HR/Admin/ finance.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Computer Literate (Excel, Word, etc. ).
  • Can Work Independently ,team work Hardworking & Good Attitude.
