Location: Rembau, Negeri Sembilan

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the employee lifecycle—from manpower planning and recruitment to talent development and retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and guidelines aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Management on Employment Act matters, best practices, government initiatives, IR issues, and workforce planning.

Talent & Performance Management

• Drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage foreign worker recruitment, documentation, and compliance.

Compensation, Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare HR management reports.
• Ensure strong compliance with HR, safety, and social responsibility standards, including SEDEX and ISO 45001.

Office & Administration Management

• Oversee administrative functions, including office, factory, and hostel upkeep.
• Lead the "Social" component of the ESG framework, ensuring a safe, fair, and equitable workplace for all employees.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Hands-on experience in foreign worker recruitment and management.
• Solid understanding of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and related HR laws.
• Familiarity with social audits (e.g., SEDEX) and health & safety audits (ISO 45001).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Resourceful, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in organizational development, training, or change management.
• Experience leading small HR teams or HR projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and propose improvements.
