Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary Package: Basic + Car Allowance (RM1,000) + Phone Allowance (RM225)
Working Days: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Saturday (8am-1pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing inbound and outbound, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and investigate for variance (if any). Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Ensure Warehouse Operations complying with Organization’s ISO processes
- Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, manage foreign worker, experience with foreign worker agency.
- Experience in dealing with 3PL WH
- Excellent understanding and implementation of warehouse management procedures.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Available to work extended hours.
- Able to work under pressure and within timeline/deadline.
