Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate organizational needs into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (mainly Model-Driven Apps) to meet business requirements.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate (Flow).
• Develop and maintain data models and reports in Power BI as needed.
• Connect Power Apps to various data sources, including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure app performance, security, and usability best practices are applied.
• Document application designs, configurations, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and support existing Power Platform solutions.
• Stay current with updates and new features in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and security roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 or Azure services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with custom connectors and API integration.
