HR Assistant Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya Tenure: Permanent Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and preparation of recruitment reports.

Partner with the HR Manager and department heads to support manpower planning and recruitment needs.

Oversee new employee onboarding, induction programs, and conduct exit interviews.

Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs, maintain training records, and liaise with training providers on HRD Corp (HRDF) matters.

Conduct periodic briefings on company policies, procedures, and compliance updates.

Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities such as company events, annual dinners, and team-building programs.

Handle general HR administrative tasks and other assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or databases.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
