Senior Production Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,500 (monthly fixed salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Production Executive to join Japanese manufacturing as permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient material flow across all production processes. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between production teams and management to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of production and storage activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies on safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

• Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and workflow efficiency.

• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of production operators.

• Lead, train, and supervise production staff to achieve departmental objectives.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and inventory.

• Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders through effective materials flow management.

• Supervise warehouse, receiving, and shipping functions to maintain operational accuracy.

• Demonstrate awareness and adherence to Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks, and their Controls.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management in support of operational excellence.
  

Requirements

1. Qualification:
   Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Experience:
   Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Working knowledge of ERP systems (advantage).

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Other Requirements:

   • Forklift driving license or experience is an added advantage.

   • English, Malay and Mandarin speaking

   • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

   • Excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

   • Able to work independently with a positive attitude and high level of responsibility.
     

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,500
