Client Industry: UK-based freight forwarder

Location: Sky Park One City, Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Using breadth of Tableau knowledge to deliver high-quality data visualisations that consider both functional and non-functional requirements
• Understanding of how best to apply latest developments and techniques from the Tableau ecosystem
• Provide technical documentation that details what has been developed
• Contribute to technical design phases through all quality stage gates, not limited to but including sizing for non-functional and functional requirements, user interface design and upgrade / support planning
• Be a stakeholder in the various development phases through all quality stage gates, based on an agile development approach, and not limited to but including estimation and progress reporting
• To perform high-level functional testing of the visualisations that have been developed
• Provide development progress reports, flagging risks and issues
• Participate in conceptual and functional design phases, contributing to the efficient production of innovative and highly valuable analytics/visualisations
• To undertake any training that may be required by the company

Key Requirements:

• Deep level understanding of relevant software for building out enterprise data analytics features using Tableau
• Experience in the design and delivery of class-leading Logistics and Supply Chain software products
• Hands-on programming experience in additional technologies, such as SQL, Python, PowerShell etc.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and performance tune large scale enterprise systems
• Can work with data as data, not needing to understand the context or the application
• Communicate ideas and technical solutions clearly and concisely in both verbal and written dialogue, at both a business and technical level
