Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Deployment

• Plan, design, and implement LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions based on customer requirements.

• Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of network and security devices (switches, routers, firewalls, WLCs, APs, load balancers, etc.).

• Execute network migration, expansion, and integration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

• Conduct site assessments, prepare technical proposals, and assist sales teams with solution design.

Network Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity in multi-vendor environments.

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, analyze incidents, and perform root cause investigations.

• Monitor network performance and implement improvements for throughput, stability, and security.

• Document network diagrams, configuration standards, and troubleshooting processes.

Security & Compliance

• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security policies to protect customer networks.

• Implement and support VPN, NAT, VLAN segmentation, and ACLs for secure access and communication.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with internal and customer security frameworks.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with sales engineers, project managers, and service delivery teams to ensure project success.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and support staff.

• Deliver proof-of-concept (POC) and technical presentations when required.

• Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network deployment and troubleshooting.

• Professional Certifications preferred:

  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP (Routing & Switching / Security)

  • Fortinet NSE / Fortinet Certified Professional

  • Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE

  • Sophos Firewall Architect / Engineer

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design, VLANs, ACLs, IP routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and VPN technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Sophos solutions (firewall, switches, routers, access points, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, Wireshark, Cisco DNA, etc.).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in team settings.

• Language: Chinese preferred but open to non-Mandarin speakers with strong technical capability.
