| Key Responsibilities: • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documents • Support payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and employee leave tracking • Prepare various HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation letters, etc. • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal company events • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations • Assist in the performance appraisal process and related HR reporting tasks
Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field • 1–3 years of relevant HR working experience preferred • Meticulous, well-organized, and strong in communication • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and common HR systems | |
