IT Specialist
Job Description:
• Maintain hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff regarding computer systems, software and hardware including our branch in Singapore.
• Perform regular security monitoring.
• Assist with the purchase of new hardware equipment for onboarding new staff and replacing faulty hardware equipment for existing staff.
• Setting up new hardware equipment of different kinds.
• Working closely with Global IT on a regular basis, in line with global standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IT equipment, including physical inventory, license numbers, and related record
• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Support on application software where needed and agreed.
• Other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in IT, System Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Minimum have basic understanding of Network and WiFi.
• Basic knowledge of IOS devices.
• Microsoft OS – Server and Client.
• Microsoft Intune and Azure knowhow.
• Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware.
• Microsoft M365 Suite
• Advantage if knowledge of SCADA and MES
• Service minded.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with users, vendors, and colleagues |
