Job Descriptions:
- To assist mechanical & electrical (M&E) team to perform planning, design, drawing and equipment submission and execution of all M&E works.
- To coordinate with consultant and sub-contractors on M&E work, architectural and structural disciplines.
- Review quality manuals, procedures and specifications to ensure adequacy and conform to contract requirements.
- Assist in supervision, assembly, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
- To assist M&E manager by checking monthly progress claim submitted by M&E contractors and other suppliers.
Requirements:
- 8 years of relevant working experience in the management of construction project preferably in commercial building.
- Applicants must be willing to work nationwide; accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Official working hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Applicants must be willing to commit to working beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- 1 year contract position (there is possibilities to extend or renew the contract).
