Job Responsibilities:

• Find opportunities to promote the agency’s services to new and existing clients, and help develop new services.
• Ensure service commitments are met, including timely responses, reliability, and availability.
• Maintain strong client relationships to protect and grow the customer base.
• Keep clients informed about project or campaign progress and address their concerns quickly.
• Support the team with business tasks and coordinate daily account activities.
• Share customer feedback and sales leads to help improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Work with internal teams to gather and analyze campaign data, then suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on the company’s services and the latest digital marketing trends to communicate effectively with clients.
• Provide regular updates to the Account Servicing Manager on account progress and activities.
• Manage project timelines and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope by coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Act as the main link between designers and clients, accurately conveying web design and feature requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client servicing in an agency setting.
• Experience working with SME clients and handling objections.
• Able to speak Mandarin for business while maintaining good English proficiency.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, with knowledge of trends, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Good at presenting data in a clear and compelling way.
• Can work well in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure without sacrificing quality.
