Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance team in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client information and updates
- Coordinate internal tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements
- Prepare basic reports and status updates for clients
- Handle general administrative duties related to accounting and project coordination
- Follow up on outstanding deliverables or documents from clients and internal teams
- Support the team in delivering high-quality service and timely responses to client needs
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or above
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
