Roles and Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures to ensure product or service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal quality standards throughout the production or service delivery processes.
• Perform regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and training to uphold quality assurance protocols.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audits, and corrective actions for management review.
Required Skills & Qualification:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, engineering, computer science, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with prior roles such as QA Engineer or Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing teams, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
