Position: Sales Engineer (Telco)
Location: Pulau Penang/ Shah Alam 
Tenure: Permanent 
Basic Salary: Up to RM7,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9AM – 6PM

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing efforts for Kabex’s Data Center, Transport, and FTTx test measurement solutions.

• Lead initiatives for indoor/outdoor fiber cable solutions.

• Develop and implement effective territory coverage and conversion strategies.

• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical advantages.

• Prepare forecasts, proposals, quotations, and lead pricing negotiations.

• Conduct regular client visits and satisfaction surveys to build strong relationships.

• Deliver impactful presentations and ensure strong after-sales support and customer retention.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication/Photonics Engineering or Computer Science.

• Sound understanding of network architecture and technologies (Datacenter Interconnect, DWDM, FTTx, 4G/5G).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess own vehicle and be open to outstation travel.

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
