JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to spearhead our offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events and activations that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage offline events such as expos, bazaars, in-store promotions, and specialty events (e.g., CFA Cat Show), ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
· Retail Activation: Collaborate with retail partners to design and implement in-store promotions, product displays, and point-of-sale materials that enhance shopper experience.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and execution.
· Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of event-related materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to deliver high-quality events;
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in trade marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
Skills:
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools.
