JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Operations Admin - Contract
Department : HR Department
Reporting To : Group HR Manager
Working Location : Ulu Tiram, Johor
Duties & Responsibilities:-
1. Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services.
2. Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team.
3. Can maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log.
4. Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur.
5. Assist in HR activities when required;
6. Responsible for administrative duties include daily general office function, manage filling including handle incoming calls, faxes, emails & issue invoicing etc;
7. Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain on organized filling for smooth data retrieving;
8. Assist in documentation and generating daily / weekly / monthly reports on HR & Operation procedures;
9. Upkeep and maintain office facilities and equipment; Replenishment of office forms, stationeries and groceries;
10. Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by HR Manager or Management by time to time

Salary Remarks: RM200 (attendance allowance)
Work Arrangement: 5 days work week
Work Arrangement Remarks: Mon - Fri (8.30am-5.00pm), Sat (once in a month, 8.30am-12.30pm)

Minimum Education Level: Non-Degree Tertiary
Language Requirements: Bahasa Malaysia,Mandarin,English
Other Information’s: 3 months contract and will be converted to permeant staff depending on work performance.
