1. Accounting & Finance Support
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and documentation.
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and related financial records.
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.
2. Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office records and databases.
- Monitor office supplies and handle purchasing requests (e.g., stationery, pantry stock).
3. Office Coordination
- Coordinate internal meetings, logistics, and schedules when needed.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and couriers.
- Support interdepartmental communication and ensure smooth office operations.
4. General Duties
- Provide receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and handling phone calls and emails.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and overall environment.
- Monitor and order pantry supplies, track usage, and update inventory regularly.
5. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Provide general assistance to the management or other departments when required.
- Participate in company events, audits, or compliance activities as needed.
