Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales process from leads to invoicing
* Conduct cold calls and arrange client meetings
* Prepare proposals, quotations, sales orders & purchase orders
* Coordinate with internal teams (finance, delivery, etc.)
* Maintain CRM records and assist with general admin tasks
* No travel required (unless for company trip)

Salary & Benefits:
* RM3,000 – RM6,000 per month
* Performance bonus (typically 1–2 months)
* Medical claim: RM500/year
* Annual Leave: 14 days (increases yearly up to 18 days)
* No commissions or incentives

Working Hours:
* Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (on-site only)
* Public holidays follow Malaysia calendar

Team Setup & Interview:
* Small, supportive team (4 support execs, 1 office manager)
* 1-round video interview with (Office Manager)
* Must be Malaysian

Skills Needed:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using tools like Monday.com & Xero
