Job Description:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts; act as a trusted advisor to clients.
· Proactively identify new business opportunities, drive product adoption, and expand service offerings.
· Become an expert in monday.com to deliver solutions that address client challenges and create business value.
· Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to understand their operational needs and design tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—from end-users to senior decision-makers—to implement process improvements.
· Design and implement workflows and business processes using monday.com.
· Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Job Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting, preferably with enterprise clients (ACV > RM50K–150K).
· Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
· Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
