Job Description

HR Representation: Act as the primary HR representative for the company at the client’s office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Administrative Oversight: Monitor and manage staff attendance, feedback, and employee-related issues. Maintain and update monthly headcount reports. Oversee employee on-boarding processes, including documentation, access card issuance, workstation assignment, company policy briefing, and orientation. Coordinate the employee 90-day program and conduct one-on-one check-ins. Maintain and support internal HR application, such as collaborating with developer in enhancing user experience, troubleshooting errors and ensure accuracy of data.

Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and on-boarding. Maintain daily recruitment reports to track hiring progress. Prepare meeting minutes and create presentation slides for management meetings.
Requirements

Possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Basic Knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Laws in Malaysia
