Position: Customer Service ( Mandarin Speaker)
Tenure: Permanent

Salary : RM 3400 4700

Working Location : Klang Valley

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
