Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
