Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and engineering teams at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with applications engineers and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value equipment deals.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer meetings.
  • Provide feedback to product management on market requirements and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of front-end or back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling capital equipment such as Automatic Wafer Sorter Series Automatic Packer/Unpacker Series Automatic Labeler/Wafer Frame Handler Series Automatic Mounter/Taper Series (fab automation or back-end assembly & packaging)
  • Familiarity with key accounts in the semiconductor
