Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for semiconductor capital equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and engineering teams at customer sites.
- Collaborate with applications engineers and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value equipment deals.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer meetings.
- Provide feedback to product management on market requirements and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
Strong technical understanding of front-end or back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling capital equipment such as Automatic Wafer Sorter Series Automatic Packer/Unpacker Series Automatic Labeler/Wafer Frame Handler Series Automatic Mounter/Taper Series (fab automation or back-end assembly & packaging)
