What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assess clients’ income, debt, and expenses to determine borrowing capacity.

• Conduct cash flow and retirement modeling to support financial planning.

• Compare financial products and prepare customized quotes.

• Manage workpapers, bookkeeping, and internal reports.

• Handle Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) reporting and data management.

• Research and analyze client accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Review and maintain client records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prepare clear and insightful monthly reports for clients.

• Keep internal workflows and databases up to date.

• Evaluate financial products and assess risk profiles.

• Support the Australian team with accounting and finance-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on challenges.
