Role Summary We are seeking a Paid Media & Content Specialist to spearhead digital campaign execution, content creation, and media optimization for our growing portfolio of clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on results and creative impact. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs • Take ownership of paid media budgets and continuously optimize for ROI • Plan, implement, and refine campaigns across platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, and Programmatic • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing strategies • Draft short-form copywriting for ads, social media, and emails • Ideate and develop creative visuals in partnership with designers • Manage and support the creation of video content (e.g. influencer collaborations) • Deliver analytical reports, performance reviews, and actionable insights • Work with the sales team on proposals and presentations for new prospects • Manage external contractors and content creators when necessary • Ensure weekly and ad-hoc reporting on campaign progress and KPIs ________________________________________ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Projections Fulfillment: Achieve ≥80% of targets outlined in client proposals • Client Retention: Ensure ≥70% satisfaction and renewal rate • Creative Impact: Target ≥2% engagement rate for creative assets • Brand Growth: Drive monthly follower growth of ≥5% where applicable ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Language: Proficient in English • Technical Skills: Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), content creation, and campaign analytics tools preferred • Strong creative thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail | |
