Job Description
· Responsible for Lead the team in operating waste water treatment plant (WWTP), scrubber operation, de-ionized water plant (RODI), and scheduled wastes management,
· Responsible for maintaining the operation systems related to compliance, preventive maintenance plan, operational and process improvements,
· Recording, review and reporting performance monitoring of WWTP, scrubber and RODI operation within the standard time,
· Ensure WWTP, scheduled wastes and scrubber legal records are report in respective DOE system (OER, eSWIS V2.0, Stack emission submission),
· Work closely with the production support team, ensure effective installation, removal and reconfiguration of facility resources for production equipment in order to meet manufacturing, local laws and customer requirements,
· Responsible for review and development of specific documentation, procedures and site change control processes for equipment and process up to date,
· To liaise closely with consultants, contractors and supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities,
· Enhance knowledge for continuous improvement of operation
· Daily recording of chemical consumption, treatment volume and chemical delivery to determine operation trend as well as improvement action plan,
· Manage and prepare budgeting accordingly related to the operation equipment, chemical usage, consumables items, scheduled wastes management, operational analysis, servicing and maintenance as well as project CAPEX,
· Perform scheduled mock drill for WWTP, scrubber, RODI and scheduled wastes to prepare for a situation if non-compliance occur,
· Conduct and lead performance monitoring analysis and responsible for the changes,
· Report, rectify and provide justification of solution to Engineer / Competent person if any abnormal,
· Prepare and maintain required spare part item to prevent operation downtime.
Requirements :
· Candidate must possess at least a degree in Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum of 3 - 4 years of working experiences in WWTP with proven track record
· Knowledge hands - on WWTP for physical-chemical and biological treatment
· Knowledge hands - on Scrubber operation, RODI system and scheduled wastes management
· Understanding local legislative regulations and compliances
· Familiar with WWT analysis and equipment
· Having any of DOE competency will be an advantage
· Able to lead a team, good initiatives, high commitment and highly independent with minimum supervising
· Good tracking and reporting skills
