Position title: Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic objectives for sourcing and procurement functions aligned with business needs.
- Identify sourcing opportunities that lead to significant cost savings through a strong understanding of business requirements.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities and develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure contract compliance, especially on price efficiency for winning customer projects.
- Develop and set goals for the total cost of procurement.
- Implement tracking systems to ensure successful supplier management and inventory management.
- Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team.
- Establish training and development programs in sourcing and inventory management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality and intervene when necessary to ensure strong supplier performance.
- Apply disciplined project management and change management techniques to support strategic sourcing.
- Manage direct procurement performance based on clear financial and non-financial metrics.
- Define and monitor procurement activities and services' efficiency, quality, and success.
- Establish and maintain strong internal client and supplier relationships.
- Utilize best practices and sourcing strategies to manage strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to global sourcing and procurement results
- Manage AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance.
- Adhere to and actively support the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to ensure quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety compliance.
- Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of supply chain and/or procurement functions and procedures in the EMS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team that partners cross-functionally to drive change and deliver significant value.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual with high standards.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
