We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering M&E works for industrial and data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager/Project Director in overseeing M&E project scope.

• Lead the M&E team in developing and implementing procedures and work instructions to ensure project success.

• Provide technical leadership and distribute relevant expertise and documentation across project teams.

• Collaborate with the M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) team to assess costs for design changes.

• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

• Prepare draft site budgets and projected cash flows for M&E works.

• Evaluate, approve, and manage the registration and termination of M&E subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as an M&E Manager in industrial construction projects (preferred)

  • At least 1 year of experience in Data Center projects (preferred)

  • Experience with commissioning (Cx) activities as an M&E Manager (preferred)
