Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for BIM overall implementation plan as per EIR.
• Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirement.
• Support and coordinate drawing/technical issue for ECI process.
• Manage BIM model and prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
• Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.
• Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.
• Ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Provide training to project staff who are new to BIM.
• Ad hoc assignments.
• Organize the BIM environment and libraries.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Standards related to production, soft-filing, hard-filing according to Kajima Standards or Project EIR.
• Provide leadership and vision to the firm in the area of BIM.
  Scheduling deliverables.
• To understand ECI process and what existing BIM team is doing.
• To lead to collect enough design information/drawing for shop drawing production. even If designer action will be slow, to consider future workflow and request the necessary information to designer timely and achieve master schedule.
• To instruct/brief clearly to your staff with act as team leader and move forward with align understanding to all of them.
• To manage BIM folders in BIM360 for the specific project.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Engineering (CSA, MEP) / Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years and above working experience as BIM Manager.
• Working experience in construction industry,
• Management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill
• Proficient in BIM Modelling and AutoCAD
• Knowledgeable in the latest versions of REVIT, Navisworks
• Manage, AutoCAD and other software applications.
• Able to read and understand engineering documents.
• Able to perform independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels.
