Position Title : Production Executive

Tenure: Permanent  

Remuneration: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and high productivity.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments (engineering, quality, maintenance) to address production issues and improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for internal use and audits.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in precision parts or fasteners.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
