Control and gradually compress sales expenses, save expenses and reduce sales costs.

Liaise with internal team members to manage resource to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer satisfaction level, report customer feedback, QA and QMS matters to Top Management and initiate improvement actions or escalation if necessary.

Responsible for monthly and annual report summary and analysis.

Perform other duties and responsibility as assigned by superior from time to time.

Certificate or higher, in any manufacturing or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
