Location: Senai, Johor
Remuneration: RM3,500-RM4,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining liaisons and relationships with prospects, existing and future tenants.
- To attend queries from the tenants including complaints and defects.
- Update defects and complaints report.
- To oversee the various activities that lead up to the rental of our investment properties.
- Prepare leasing strategy, actively marketing and pre-letting activities of industrial spaces.
- Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential tenants.
- To communicate with prospects for identifying their requirements and choice of property.
- To prepare documents such as tenancy agreements and correspondence letters.
- To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Update leasing chart (monitor the monthly rental collections, defect repair cost and etc).
- To liaise closely with Property Manager, facility team and any other relevant consultant or contractors.
- General admin works.
- The responsibilities shall be all functions associated with your position and such others duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by HOD from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development / Business or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field/industry.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
